Honey Lemon Rack of Lamb
I'm a simple person love to collect any recipe that I would love to eat especially for any occasion in our family. Please try this simple recipe that will enjoy the whole family.
Ingredients:
2 racks of lamb
2 cloves garlic, cut in slivers
1/4 tsp (1 ml) salt
1/2 cup (125 ml) honey
1/3 cup (80 ml) firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp (2 ml) garlic powder
6 tbsp (90 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 ml) grated lemon zest
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) pecans, finely chopped
Procedure:
Ingredients:

1/2 tsp (2 ml) garlic powder
6 tbsp (90 ml) lemon juice
1 tsp (5 ml) grated lemon zest
1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh mint leaves, chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) pecans, finely chopped
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit.
- Cut small slits all over the lamb and insert the garlic silvers.
- Salt the lamb
- Bake lamb in oven for 30 minutes, bone side down in shallow roasting pan.
- In small saucepan combine honey, brown sugar, garlic powder and lemon juice.
- Heat on medium, and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest, mint and pecans.
- Spoon mixture over the lamb.
- Continue roasting for 30-456 minutes, occasionally basting with mixture.
- Using a meat thermometer cook until 160 Fahrenheit
Beef Stir fry
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb (750 g) beef sirloin
2 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
3 pcs medium carrots, peeled and sliced on bias
2 stalks celery, sliced on bias
1/2 lb (250 g) mushrooms, sliced
2 cups (500 ml) broccoli florets
1 red bell pepper, sliced slanting
1 cup (250 ml) baby corn
2 cups (500 ml) prepared stir fry sauce
3 cups (750) ml) prepared long grain or basmati rice.
Procedure:
1. Cut beef into thin slices
2. Heat oil over medium heat in large skillet, add beef until brown both sides and remove from pan.
3. Add carrots, cook for 3 minutes until almost cooked.
4. Add remaining vegetables and beef; cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until vegetables are just cooked.
5. Stir in sauce, increase heat to high and bring sauce to a boil.
5. Serve beef with prepared basmati rice and soya sauce if desired.

Cheese Pizza
Ingredients:
4 cups white flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoon milk powder
4 tablespoon ketchup
2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon dried mint
11/2 cup water
Preparation:
- Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add water and knead until get smooth and homogenous dough . Cover and keep in warm place until double size.
- Divide dough into balls, put over floured tray. Cover and keep for 5 minutes.
- Combine, cheese, olive oil, ketchup and dried mint-flatten each piece on floured surface, arrange over greased oven-pan. Pour 3 tablespoon cheese mixture on each piece and bake in oven.
