Cheese Pizza

4 cups white flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon yeast
2 tablespoon milk powder
4 tablespoon ketchup
2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon dried mint
11/2 cup water

  1. Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar, add water and knead until get smooth and homogenous dough . Cover and keep in warm place until double size.
  2. Divide dough into balls, put over floured tray. Cover and keep for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine, cheese, olive oil, ketchup and dried mint-flatten each piece on floured surface, arrange over greased oven-pan. Pour 3 tablespoon cheese mixture on each piece and bake in oven.
