Breakfast 1/2 grafefruit, 1 slice of toast, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter
Lunch 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice toast, coffee or tea
Dinner 2 slices (any type of meat) 3 oz, 1 cup beets, 1 cup of green beans, 1 small apple, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
Breakfast 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1/2 banana
Lunch 1 cup of cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner 2 hot dogs, 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup of vanilla ice cream.

Lunch 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple
Dinner 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup beats, 1 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
It works on a chemical breakdown and is proven to work. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. Salt and pepper may be used, but no other seasonings. This diet is to be used for 3 days at a time. In three days you will lose 10 lbs. After 3 days of dieting, you can begin eating your normal diet, but don't overdue it. You can lose up to 40 lbs in a month if you stick to this diet. It is a safe diet. Remember, no cheating or snacking between meals. The only drinks other than specified are water and diet soda. The only coffee allowed is on day 1.
